Vote for the Next Field Command Battle

Following the successful launch of our Field Command series in November last year, many of our gamers have asked us when our next Field Command game will be developed.

The good news is that we, at WorldsForge, is just as excited about the next Field Command game as you are. In line with our philosophy of involving our gamers as much as possible, we would like you to indicate your preference for the next game in our Field Command series.

Lesson Plan Design Project

Although Field Command: Singapore 1942 is not designed as an educational game, it has significant educational potential due to the historical content that we have built into the game, either as part of the rules (such as victory conditions), part of a game component (such as the accurate road network on the map board) or part of the overall experience (such as the flavour text in the rulebook).

Hence, WorldsForge is working with a number of schools in Singapore, such as Raffles Girls' School, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), Anglican High School, Tanjong Katong Secondary School and Pasir Ris Secondary School to develop a lesson plan for use in Singapore schools as a teaching aid. This will augment the learning experience of the students.

The application period has closed. If your school is interested in a copy of the lesson plan when it is ready, please send an email to contact@worldsforge.com. We will contact you shortly.
